Went to Donelan’s looking for a new watch. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and only deal with quality. Even though it was close to closing time they made sure to spend the extra time answering all my questions. After 5 years of hard abuse it’s still running like a champ. I was referred to Donelan Jewelry by a friend as I began my journey of looking for the perfect engagement ring. I will say, I owe my friend for the rest of my life for introducing me to the most knowledgeable, professional and genuine group of experts that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They not only helped educate me in a world of jewelry that I knew very little about, but they did so in a way that was in my best interest. Throughout the entire process I felt like a family Member when working with Bonnie. She continually gave me advice as if I were her own son and there was not one occasion that I felt I was being up-sold or persuaded in any way. She worked with me to find the perfect setting and diamond that she could possibly find for me regardless of how indecisive I was throughout the entire process. I now have a fiancee who is “in love” with the ring that we will have for the rest of our lives. To say that I was beyond pleased with the quality of the diamond, setting and overall experience would be an extreme understatement. Along with that, I now have a friend that I will purchase every piece of jewelry from for the rest of my life. I think it’s important to note that I currently live in Aspen, Colorado and I will gladly pass thousands of jewelry stores to do business with Bonnie and the Donelan Jewelry team over and over again.
